Red strings of fate. No strings attached. Whatever. They all portray to a relationship between a boy and a girl. Between lovers. Strings attached means commitment. But, I say, strings are not for lovers only. Even friends have too.
Having strings connected to a number of people you call friends doesn't literally mean you have to commit yourself to them (entirely). It will be hard. Really. But those strings represent the special bond you have towards your friends. That bond that will keep your friendship stronger despite every circumstances that will come your way.
Just like what the text says:
"FRIENDSHIP is not about being together everyday or texting every minute. You just have to trust your friends in a way that they won't forget the friendship you have while you're not together."
I, myself, had experienced so many trials proving how strong my friendship with others was. There came a time wherein I just gave up, and turned by back at them because it was really hard for me to redeem what we had. But, those didn't make anything better. It just got worst. Worst. Worst. And so I learned that in every friendship, one must keep holding on to make it last longer. Guess, in every relationship, that is a given cliché.
Despite the so-called experiences and trials I had, I am still an amateur when it comes to this issue. Different people. Different opinions. Different problems. It is always NEW! Yet, learning new different things is the inevitable opportunity we can get through this.
OK, actually I had already posted this in my Tumblr account before. Something came up at that time then poof! this thought crossed my mind. The reason was totally uncertain and I cannot actually recall what was it, but I just wanted to share this here in my blog.
And who among us haven't experienced making a friend issue a great deal in our life? I guess it is in our generation, in my generation, that people do really get attached to their peers more than they could possibly think of.
